You will experiment rapidly and report on CAC and retention by market. ## Responsibilities - Own campaign calendar across paid social, creators, and affiliates. - Localize messaging with compliance constraints per market. - Work with product on in-app growth loops and referrals. ## Requirements - 3+ years growth marketing for consumer apps; crypto experience preferred. - English fluency; comfort with analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar). - Overlap with APAC business hours.
