Gulf Custody is expanding licenses and banking partnerships. You will align product launches with FATF-style controls and local VARA / ADGM expectations. ## Responsibilities - Draft and maintain compliance policies, travel rules, and vendor due diligence. - Lead licensing applications and ongoing reporting. - Train client-facing teams on travel rule and sanctions screening. ## Requirements - 8+ years in compliance at a broker, bank, or crypto exchange. - Experience with VASP frameworks in UAE or comparable jurisdictions. - Fluent English; professional Arabic strongly preferred.
